My take on this is that Neil Wiles with approx. 20million shares sees greater reward by expanding the Digital Marketing business rather than spend great time and effort to gather a few crumbs from Telstra on a business that is defunct and unethical(as it now seems to me).
Let's hope Neil has the correct strategy and great execution plans.
