My price target was $1.20 when entered some time ago excluding the dividend yield which is very nice also.
However, as the OneRoof opportunity has evolved I've re-evaluated the target price more so on the basis of a spin-off or a sale/takeover of OneRoof.
The company crossed the inflection point potential with the rapid rise of the digitisation of the current business model and revenue base.
The current board issue will blow over and the Golden Egg (OneRoof) will be the optionality of the business.
It will keep delivering more to NZME bottom line and revenues in the mean time.
Im counting on a seperate spinoff or acquisition of OneRoof which will give the current share price a good spike.
If they keep the business and continue to convert then Revenue will become a lot more robust than it is now and on such a low EV/Revenue multiple would give us a very strong catalyst for a rerate.
I'm awaiting the next update and financials to run a better model of what this may look like.
It is hard to forecast something that is growing as it is as I dare say my projection will be way off.
The current board takeover spiels issues with management and operations and they are not wrong.
But the eye is on the prize OneRoof...they want it.
