Suspect it’s the reason it’s fully franked, makes the maths simpler. I think it’s a massive hint the deal will be done shortly (avoiding the 3c/m penalty) and $9 minus the div it is. That’s if EIG don’t question why ORG just paid BRU $4m to take their 50% share of a potential $4b bonanza off their hands.
