GovSL are just being antagonistic. At the end of the day they have a company who is ready to leave SL so threats amount to little more than political face saving.
any disputes will have to be resolved in international courts if it comes to that.
interesting timing though! Just as there is a low ball offer from a local firm, the govSL throw in this announcement.
