It's pretty obvious what has happened here - an opportunistic attempt to not have the details delivered to Bud. They have an email. They hay a phone number. They have many ways to communicate. TO NOTIFY pending legal action. These are extraordinary times. Did the CST make reasonable attempts to communicate with BUD? Obviously not. Hence this will not be an issue.
