That would depend on the merit of the CST claim. Normally a default judgment entered properly will be set aside if - I repeat if - the defendant can explain why it did not enter an appearance (which BUD has done) and it can show it has a proper defence to the claim. It used to be the practice in WA for lawyers to put the other side on notice that time limits would be strictly enforced. The good old days.
