It affects the MC of the company in that the asset base of the company will increase and the investment in the company has increased from funding that will be supplied to pay the settlement of the 500k. So it should have an impact on the share-price once it comes off TH. That is the intention but this announcement may be such a distant memory that it may have no effect at all, it would have had an effect were the shares able to be traded on open market. However due to the amount of shares on issue we probably would be spinning our wheels between .001 and .0012( where the instos can trade) All IMO not a trading recommendation ...not that yous could trade on this at present anyway hey
