I am very surprised the company sold the documents business when they are specializing in working with accountants who purchase documents.
It is very disappointing they are selling it for less than carrying value and will book a loss on the sale.
On that same point the other purchase Tax Bytes has under performed in the lock down period so will offset the loss on Panther Corp which is good for the balance sheet but not the ongoing value of the asset which should be complimentary to Law Central ( sold ) and Panther Corp ( sold ).
