I didn't invest in AZJ as an arbitrage. I invested because the of the long term cash flow that will be generated. I don't think management is exceptional, but I do think the business has very high barriers to entry. So long as management doesn't completely stuff it up, the business dynamics and barriers to entry, mean I generate a decent long term return.
This is a buffett type scenario: I prefer average management with a good underlying business model, to exceptional management with an average business model. Management changes, business model more enduring.
Please please Mr Market, become scared and drop the share price!!!!
