If you have been listening Amanda Lacaze, Lynas can still function in these low NdPr prices but, something like an unbanning of the WA uranium mining will be beneficial also. (this is unlikely to happen; to realistically it's up to SA and NT to do the heavy lifting).
They will likely need higher prices (or better feedstock) to make the Texas plant profitable; however much tweaking is required.
