Critical Minerals Corp/Tanbreez - (not sure their scheme of arrangement is probably still under regulatory scrutiny for approval), probably end up for the 2025 round of applications.
Energy Transition Metals - (arbitration not yet completed) (too difficult to get a sponsor country - if you are suing an EU country and Territory).


Could be more but they only have another 10 days to work on the submission - and it requires a sponsor country to endorse.
