not only that, but it's not even true. Chevrons gorgon project is 50 billion dollars over budget and many milestones were delayed. It's common place to have delays in this industry. Most of the time it's the contractors delaying progress as we are currently experiencing, however I think they have a fairly valid excuse.
BHP most recently had its largest copper mine shut down for a week over contractual disputes. AOA is currently drilling on budget with no standdown penalties and has historical been a very very economical small cap company.
