Well, I went on a road trip yesterday with my family and came home to great news.

All of those who have posted before me have pointed out all the strengths - lots of them. Monster Mine anyone?

However, what I feel most gratitude for is we have a management team and board who are authentic leaders. They will optimise whatever is in the ground, they will build the mine, they will generate massive profits - they are succeeding and will continue to succeed. They are up to the task and more. Every important decision over the last three years they have got right.

Take a moment to contrast them with our political leaders or the leadership of companies like AMP or Crown for example. Its stark.
