The report is not a secret or meant to be hidden for any reason. Its still a positive economic study result (emphasis being its just a first study of its kind for US market; there was a similar one done for UK NHS, if you recall).
LDX incorrect action was putting it out there as a 'price sensitive' announcement the very next day. it would have swayed some punters, who just read the summary line, just see the "$2.5B, what!?", shout "woohoo" = <rockets emojis>!!!!!!!
Whilst LDX have retracted their price sensitive ann, the report is still out there and already being syndicated across other publications, globally. Folks in the antibiotic resistance sphere and related diagnostic fields will review it over coming months.
