Agree 100% i just dumped my holdings for exactly this reason. This is the 2nd sell down in 12 months and the university sector is crying poor so even if they want to buy up they would probably need finance. Not the least the market sell down of 15% will be a flood of supply of shares with questionable demand.. I do like this company but the uncertainty leaves me wanting to watch this play out from the sideline till there is a bit more certainty. I cant see this news as a positive.
