The whole basis of Tesoro and El Zorro has been built upon their legal capacity to acquire and consolidate disparate small time mining leases, to move towards an enterprise. It seems highly unlikely this vexatious claim will make it to court. We all know that signed legal documents form the the structure of business arrangements between individuals, and in company with other parties. At every stage of the consolidation process, many agreements were made between multiple parties, no doubt. Pretty sure an entire legal system won't fold or crumble on the basis of a single claim of little recourse. It may nonetheless be wise to opt for a Trading Halt until this matter is settled. If I was in management, that's what I'd be doing.
