    With all due respect Ax, did you really mean to say we should go into a TH until this matter is sorted? You’re kidding right? This claim could take months to resolve. The courts are probably as tied up as they are here in Oz. No, as the company has mentioned, it’s a claim with no basis and will be defended accordingly.
