About an endorser geologist Steve Hart, he is a company major shareholder (about 5% by way of different entities) and strong company supporter, as far as I know.
He is a good friend of MD Dermot and looks worked for MD Dermot when he managed exploration for Mark Creasy (at FR) between 2001-2008.
It seems he and his business partner vended their Pitfield Project in the Perth Basin to Empire Metals Ltd (London AIM listed EEE) in early 2023 for a considerable number of EEE shares. As a result of their vend, Empire Metals has made a major titanium discovery and the EEE share price has risen from 1 pence to 13.8 pence.
He, as a geologist, is highly regarded in the industry and have particular skills in mineral sands and associated rare earth.
