It's going to be pretty hard for analysts to continue to write down the value of NZM's 'old' media assets as worthless if they end up locking in a deal with the tech giants to pay for media content.
In Australia, there are a number of media publications also included in Apple news+ service. It's highly likely that Apple's news+ will be expanded to included other countries including NZ... and there is a media company they would need to do a deal with for content in NZ, NZM is going to be right up there on their list.
