For TPG strategically it makes sense to drag your heals, the market ( which is really just arbitrage funds) had nearly totally factored in a near term deal, this pause and share price pull back is just a reminder of what happens short term if investors don't back the deal.

I'm now of the opinion holders should wait for those $14+ valuations to come to fruition to maximize returns on IVC but tbh I reckon this is just going through the motions/strategic ploys and the finer points are communicated later this week to firm it all up, oink oink today
