So LKO think they can achieve the following in 7 months:
Submit an operations plan that the department will approve
Select a wellsite and negotiate land access
Secure a drilling rig
Prepare the wellsite for the drilling rig (civils etc.)
Raise $millions to fund these activities

Remember when LKO announced in their 2022 capital raising prospectus that Wombat and Otway will be drilled in 2022? LOL These guys are amateurs with no credibility
