If you are having trouble viewing this email, please click here Dear Shareholder, Invitation to participate in a Renounceable Entitlement Offer Australian Pacific Coal Limited (AQC) is pleased to offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate in a fully underwritten renounceable entitlement offer of 5.83 Offer Shares for every 1 existing Share held at 7pm on 9 September 2022 (Record Date) at the issue price of A$0.34 per Offer Share (Entitlement Offer). The Entitlement Offer opens today, Wednesday, 14 September 2022, and closes at 5pm (Brisbane time) on Friday, 23 September 2022 (Closing Date). There has been significant corporate activity recently with respect to AQC and you should read the Offer Booklet carefully and in its entirety before deciding whether to participate in the Entitlement Offer, including details regarding the proposed future arrangements with respect to AQC’s Dartbrook mine, the conditions to the underwriting, and the key risks relating to AQC and an investment in AQC.
