If you look into the last announcement they already indicate that the new strategy is kicking in.
What I find encouraging is that under such circumstances (where you would expect even existing clients to jump the boat) they still win meaningful business and with blue chip clients.
Surly that back wind provide them a stronger position when negotiating with the banks and after all 4M is not that big difference.
I hope that you are right Betio and if only they win 1-2 more tenders then the whole CR will be dumped and... :)
