    No specific numbers were mentioned, but they got close enough that the bankers are willing to compromise. (But then again I'm sure they would rather the company kept operating rather than shutting them down.)

    I guess this means the capital raising is slightly less dilutive now.

    More information on the improved cash situation they mentioned would be welcome.
