I'd welcome a shift an hour down the train line if that is what is required to get this thing moving faster - but also get the impression it would mean even further delays as they rule another bit of worthless degraded scrub sacrosanct.

So see you in 12 months, or another $600,000 in PB's salary. Not to mention all the other half dozen team members on top coin he's hired figuring they'd actually have something to do from this year. They can all go round to PB's' place for a swim in the pool every Friday now. No hurry, and not much to do for a year.

Cue another PB fire sale to the Indians to further entrench his spot before the AGM.
