Fellow Darwinite here,
Hard to see them seriously knocking back TNG's Tivan plant at Middle Arm, as there is already two gas plants there. Its a bit late to stop industrialisation of Middle Arm now. Comments in the local rag, The NT News and on talkback radio, have been in favour of the development, well the majority has been anyway.
Just my view.
The NTEPA have probably overreached with point 1.1, or 1.2 or whatever it is
