The control of the timeline is really up to the govt.
If this project was so important to Australia and the NT I am amazed they didn't yet release they are committed the TNG taking the space.
Call me a cynic, but the last few paragraphs almost read like other sites were being considered.
It was a complete commitment free release and in some way maybe just intended to be an apology because NTEPA and the NT Govt have taken offence to what TNG have said and the PC police are now involved. I still have the view the NT Govt are a joke.
