I'm glad the company 'appreciates' the NTEPA clarifying the 23 points. What was the their clarification for point number 1 Paul Burton?
What a precedent to set.
Lets say for example after another 6 months of detailed BS reports based on the 'close discussions' with the NTEPA they raise further 'brand new points'. What is to stop this from happening now that the NTEPA has already done it? Can this keep reoccurring?
