Constant with the problems, how about the solutions.
Furthermore your base case scenario is great in theory but the reality is we need to actually be in production or at least have finance to do so before we spend even more on other potential requirements, or do you suggest you go about getting everything required and then hope you can actually start, if you are even still around?
Personally I think we have done considerable qualifications already to get finance. Maybe have this discussion once we are able to think about production?
