I have been watching this company closely over the past 3 years so know it very well. Its failures and limited success.

So the update from Peak Resources is that the commission will be formed by the end of March/4 weeks from now. This will likely slip a little based on previous predictions of the commission forming.

Discussions will then need to commence with the huge number of mining companies in the country. At the same time (end of March) KNL will have about $1M to its name with none of the R&D funds due that it has been so reliant on.

Therefore it is extremely likely that KNL will be trying to raise working capital whilst the uncertainty in Tanzania still exists. This is why i think the CR will be carried out at a significant discount to encourage investors to take part.

Does anyone know if the company has a plan B if graphite mining doesn't go ahead?
The Nickel tenements from the Kagera Nickel Limited days were disposed of a while back?
