1. Both L1 and SIO put an increase in holdings posted in November.. You cant post a Change in Substantial, which they both did, until you physically own the shares.
2. SIO did have massive redemptions when healthcare was dumped. You just need to do an internet search to find that out. The result is selling their portfolio across the board. That was the the reality. Since then they seem to buy small lots whenever their is a cap raise.
3. $6.7M is quite a few trading days of burying and would push the share price well above $20.. So whilst the shareprice is currently below $20, no-one is getting that large package below $20 based on current liquidity.
Don't know what went wrong but lets see. I suspect they were trying to bring in new money (a new fund) giving the amount and it feels like it was for one investor. But I dont know, I am only speculating.
