I’m having similar issues with 4DX, who has a doctor as a CEO and they also seem to over hype things and fail to deliver despite having a revolutionary product at cheaper prices. Sounds familiar?
Xperience is fresh to market but won’t be surprised a year on minimal sales traction has been gained. Then like 4DX you start to question the product as I am now on NXS pre existing suite which hasn’t delivered.
