By the sounds of it they already have by not disclosing material information to the market.
All they would have had to do was release an announcement along the lines of:
'Management wishes to inform the market that due to a timing issue of delivery of a material order to a single customer the previously released guidance of Revenue of $4.3m (excluding sales of XPerience) for H1 will now be in the range of $3.5m to $4.0m (excluding sales of XPerience).
Management expects the shortfall in Revenue to be fully recovered during H2'.
