I agree it's a significant downgrade and management may have become overly optimistic after some good results that followed a unexpectedly difficult year for them because of COVID. But it just comes down to, for me, whether there is a reasonable chance that revenue will grow over time. NXS is doing that, despite the downgrade, even if they just meet the US$3.5 target. Hopefully they will do a bit better than that.
