We are 5 weeks away from differing capital gains tax by a year.
The buy offer is .3c less than the offer price.
I guess there is a slim chance if the deal falling through but that is negligible.
So how is selling below the offer price, removing upside from potential other offers and bringing the tax obligation forward by 12 months the best option?????
