I thought i was reading it wrong, that the directors wanting to get more shares at 2 cents..so they can make another 3 cents when taken over,
Well if they want that, then they can give shareholders the same deal..so we also can make another 3 cents
BH i have never heard anything like this in my lifetime, if they want a extra 3 cents they shoud have bought on market,like us plebs have too,
maybe they should have concentrated on building up our share price, instead of looking for a free ride.
I assume us shareholders has paid them wage whilst being employed by us ?
