What an awful set of things to have to admit in regards the business operations and performance but good for the current Board for dragging it all out so they can address it, and addressing it they seem to be doing.
Relisting in September wont please some and it will be interesting as time progress with a more sustained financing package to see what this will end up relisting at.
Maybe those that listed this in the first place need a good spanking as well...including their advisors.
