The Company is also in negotiations with Nutrano/Seven Fields, its other marketing and packingcontractor, to determine final pricing for the season for fruit supplied by MRO. To date, MRO has beendisappointed with transparency of pricing with Nutrano/Seven Fields but expects pricing to ultimately alignwith other key operators in the sector.

I take it that they where stitched up by Nutrano/ Seven Fields or previous bad management.
Note there disappointment in the report.
