They have a lot to set up in two years (probably have to give that two years a bit of a stretch with latest lock down impacts) but once they push the button its a normal project build and the various components will all kick of as the gantt chart allows. Most everything will come prefabbed, so it will really be a matter of getting the first infrastructure in to support construction. The sooner they can get the air strip upgraded and a start on power and water the better.
