The sheer ineptitude of APRA in relation to these matters is nothing short of eye-popping.
Simply astonishing.
Feels increasingly to this observer like taxpayer money (some $20m of it in legal fees, I'm led to believe) was frittered away on the basis of some kind of personal vendetta.
Presumably somebody(ies) at APRA are held accountable for this clusterbonk.
