I believe the macro story is still good. Just a question of approvals and money now. South Korea does not want to rely on Chinese fert, and DL & E clearly want to provide a possible solution. They do own 9% of NRZ from memory. I can't see them suddenly calling in loans and destroying the project. I think they would only do so if they were under financial stress themselves.
Can't say I am stoked to be an investor but eventual success is not impossible.
