Has anyone considered that PGI may be dredging a lower grade part of the tailings deposit over the coming six months and this could be a reason for the lower production estimates?
If so, then this would throw out some of the analysis about throughput or recovery rates.
I have no idea whether this is the case of not but I do recall that past announcements have indicated that the tailings have variable grade.
