Possible John, but why wouldn’t they tell us if this was the case ? I, and many others, would be very, very happy to hear such news if that is what they are doing !
Why does it appear that they have tried to conceal that there has been a significant drop in production ? (and pretended that all is well) There was no (clear) mention of it in the announcement.
