Interested in the strategy around 2nd half of funding. The announcement at the top of this thread says they "will finalise this and update the market in the near term"
Does this 2nd part of the "Qala funding to positive cashflow" (huge chunk of current market cap itself) get announced first? so a placement can get in at these levels? You'd think the 2nd part of the funding strategy would be known and part of the pitch to commercial bank and IDC.
Or maybe the finance is approved and announced but the SP is royally capped until an investor gets onboard?? or is it more non dilutionary bank funding? can kicking con notes to Wingfield? what other options are there?
A bit of a head scratcher and maybe why the market hasn't reacted yet.
