$333 million extra shares for your 5 million to kick start the stage 2 fund or 666 for 10. 10% dilution from here or 20% respectively. I think the market will like either of those scenarios around 3 billion shares give or take.
A double announcement of approval and share placement would be good, everyone locked and loaded and allow the stock to trade to its metrics, then produce and slowly reveal the other 10million ounces down there with drilling.
