Supposedly a decision will be made in March after the Strategic Review is completed by the Government.
Given the previous Government's penchant for throwing huge amounts of taxpayer money around without any real oversight, one can sympathise with the new Government taking on any inherited initiatives without first examining all facets of the proposal.
