If you owe the bank $100,000 & can not repay it, you have a problem - if you owe the bank $35 Mil & can not repay it, the bank has a problem.
I hope that is the case. Hard to see security over the assets being a good option for them to call in the debt, so much is IP, could it be sold on or is it better to find a way for EOS to stay solvent until some decent contracts land.
