The short extension is a good sign. If it was for a longer period, I’d question what was going on.
Like you I expect a consolidated plan, with the likes of IP and equity being the finer points, for finalising an arrangement.
That being said, whoever is going to become an interested party is certainly going to want assurances of ROI. No new contracts on the horizon, not of substantial gain anyway.
