    I wouldn’t be too concerned If the falling price is primarily due to convertible notes expiring. It highlights the fact that notes holder wants more shares.
    The sellers are also limited by the number of shares they own. Surely they don’t want to sell themselves short if they want to own more shares over the longer horizon.
