I am a loyal retail shareholder of many years' standing, and I recall that (roughly) 8 years ago there was a court case brought against the company by Professor Neethling.
We were never told about the details but eventually the whole issue went quiet.
At the time I had the impression that our company owed Prof Neethling some sort of royalty payment which had not been paid so he took Admedus to court to get his money.
All quiet since, but I would be careful about making statements about royalty payments which might not be correct.
